To begin, simply fill out our contact form to book a complimentary 30-minute consultation. During the consultation, we’ll discuss your specific needs and go from there.

What is included in a wellness coaching session?

Each session includes a comprehensive review of your health, goals, and progress. You’ll receive coaching on fitness, nutrition, stress management, and more; dependent on your individual needs and the package you choose. We may also provide resources like nutrition plans, physical workout routines, and mental health exercises.

Are your services available online?

Yes! We offer virtual coaching sessions via video calls, so you are supported from anywhere in the world.

Can I purchase your services as a gift for someone?

Absolutely! You can purchase a gift certificate for any of our services. Contact us directly.

What is your refund policy?

If you’re not satisfied with your first session, we’ll provide a full refund or work with you to find an alternative solution. Beyond the first session, refunds are not available, but we do offer rescheduling or adjustments to your coaching plan.

What are your payment options?

We accept payments through PayPal, and e-transfers.

How can I reschedule or cancel an appointment?

To reschedule or cancel your session, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance via email or phone. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee and lose access to rebook that session.

How do you protect my privacy and personal information?

Your privacy is our priority. We store your personal information securely and use it solely to enhance your coaching experience.

What happens if I miss a session?

We understand that things can come up. If you miss a session, you can reschedule it once with no extra charge. Please contact us to let us know you’re okay. If you miss a second session, a missed session fee will apply, and you will lose the opportunity to rebook that session. A third missed session will result in the termination of our coaching agreement, with no refund provided.

Do you offer any discounts for group coaching?

Yes, we offer group coaching packages at a discounted rate. Contact us for more information on how to form a group and start a coaching program with friends or colleagues.
